A 24-Hour Humanoid Robot Operating Cycle

Two operational reports are shown separately. Neither provides a complete split of time spent working, waiting or charging.

  1. Figure 02

    State
    Scheduled production shift
    Reported duration
    600 minutes
    Field or simulation
    Field deployment report
    Task
    Sheet-metal loading
    Environment

Methodology

How the dataset is built

Published observation windows and scheduled shifts are included, but they are not converted into a 24-hour state breakdown. Work, travel, waiting, charging, maintenance and intervention shares remain unavailable unless a source publishes them.

Editorial analysis

A scheduled shift is not continuous productive time

The Figure 02 record describes a scheduled ten-hour production shift. The table does not divide that time into handling, movement, waiting, charging or recovery. Treating every scheduled minute as useful output would introduce an unsupported utilization figure.

A fleet observation is a different unit

The AGIBOT record concerns a multi-workflow factory operation lasting more than 64 hours. It is a lower-bound report about a fleet operation, not a measured duty cycle for one robot. The two records therefore remain separate.

How to measure an operating cycle

For one defined session, timestamp each state transition and make the state categories mutually exclusive. Record interruptions and whether charging overlaps with replacement hardware. Useful work time divided by the chosen session duration can then support a utilization calculation.

Frequently asked questions

Can these two reports establish utilization percentages?

No. Neither provides the required breakdown of time by operational state.
